Return Policy


Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.


We will check if the item is damaged or not when we receive it from taobao seller, but we are not resposible for the different understanding of quality standard or slight color difference between buyer and taobao seller. We suggest the buyer use high rated seller and we also help the buyer to find taobao seller with good reputation.

 

 

Accident Claims:


If you receive a wrong size/color/pattern/quantity, a wrong parcel, a damaged item, lost item, etc, you can file a claim within three working days after received your item. Late claims will not be accepted.


How do I return an item?


If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to  tbsourcing@126.com within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. You will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the following address along with a note containing your information and the reason for return.

When will I get the refund after I returned goods?


After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within 3 working days if there are no further problems.
